If you blame others, your career, or your situation, it will be hard to change.

You must realise that you alone create what happens to you and take responsibility for all your actions to relearn energy conservation.

Let's imagine a coworker or friend consistently frustrates you by attempting to be better than you. On days it bothers you more, you say you're exhausted. You truly think this colleague did it. Even if you had other options, you accused him. Some examples:

  • consider why you attract this person and what you might learn from them;

This proves the ego, not the heart, loves with conditions.

Energy is always present, like air and sun. We prevent it like being confined in a windowless chamber without the sun. It's still there.

Listening to your needs and supporting your physical, emotional, and mental bodies helps boost energy. Blocking your energy intake depletes your reserves, accelerates ageing, and can make you unwell.
