Can you imagine being much more productive in what you do?
Can you imagine having the mental focus necessary to surf your tasks without any problems?
Sometimes we are in situations where it is difficult to concentrate and be as effective as possible.

In this post, I will share with you the methods that have helped me to be much more effective and productive, I have to say they are taken from beneficial books, initially they seemed very obvious, but I did not understand their true potential until I implanted them in my life.

1 . ADOPTS RITUALS, FROM THE BOOK "THE POWER OF HABITS"


Experiment with the habits you have daily to see which are the ones that benefit you and those are pulling you back, the idea is to experiment with various activities and schedules to create rituals that can adapt to your effectiveness. One piece of advice that I applied was to copy other people's rituals, see what works for them and then experiment with them and from there, you attract what you serve and that suits you best.

2 . RESTRICT DISTRACTIONS


The following advice comes from the book "Deep work" and may seem very basic but is essential, and tells us that most times nowadays, there are so many external stimuli what makes it difficult to get into that state of deep work. One of the tips is "cloud the distractions", remove them (social networks, mobile, instagram, etc ...). If you want to enter in this state or deep work, you have to remove all the distractions. Because to be more productive, it is not enough to work a lot of hours, we have to do it at a high intensity. And to achieve this intensity, we have to make our brain focus only on what we are doing, thus putting everything else in the background.

3 . START WITH AN END IN MIND

The third and last advice is from the book "The 7 habits of highly effective people". The advice comes from the hand of the habit number 2 of the book and basically says that you start with an end in mind and do an exercise where you want to go, it will facilitate that your day-to-day tasks are aligned with your goal. It will cost you much less to give you those hours and hours of work, if you know that you are nearing your objective, what you really want to do. Take the time you need to think about how you see yourself 5 years from now or even more ... Because this may not have to be fixed, but at least it will be your guide and your compass, so you can enjoy the process and be much more productive and effective during it.
