CAN AN INTROVERT THRIVE ON STEEMIT?

Introvert in the context of this blog is an individual who finds it hard to interact on this platform...
Is steemit a perfect platform for an extremly shy individual? This are special category of people that needs special attention on this platform. Being an introvert is not a crime, it's just like been born blind or Deaf and dumb.
What does the this platform have in stock for this special beings? This is a dicussion i wish someone could elaborate on since this is a Socialising and interactive Site and my perspective might be somehow short-sighted!
Contrary to popular belief, not all introverts are shy. Some may have great social lives and love talking to their friends but just need some time to be alone to "recharge" afterwards. The word "Introvert" has negative connotations that need to be destroyed. Introverts are simply misunderstood because the majority of the population consists of extroverts-Urban Dictionary
At mid-night, i made a post asking when Steemians are became so unfriendly, after some comments i realise something and i deemed it neccessary to consider it very valuable as to how can an individual who finds it hard to mingle in the real world copes in a Networking and interactive enviroment like Steemit?
How do you know a Steem-Introvert?
We can not blame or judge this unique beings, which brings us to another vital part of their rewarding: can they have followers and people who upvotes them irrespective of their nature?
Several users had never shown their faces or uses discord/steemchat base on this facts. I had ruled out the possiblity that some users ignores communications intentionally; what if this people are shy of interactions and long talks, how would they voice there opinion when it os hard for them to talk?
Logically, it would be unwise to assume that any none interactive account on steemit is Shy to communicate because it would be had for a user having an Army of Bots to communicate with them all; this makes it a delicate case as identifying a shy user and a Bot who couldn't communicate is a tough call.
Some might be extremely busy to communicate, and at time some might have challenges like power, internet, health related issues to come on steemit and relate with people. Another set of people might intentionally do not want to talk to people due to depression or some other circumstance. Can we now group all this individuals into this category?
No! It will be insane to do that, one thing is certain; an extremely shy person could come out of their closet at times- But is it a viable reason for a naturally reclusive person to start chatting just to get upvotes and supports?
How does Steemians treats them?
One of the norms of this platform is to not pay attention to whom ever you rarely relate with, except they have a very captivating topic that leaves everyone discussing. Several people had created groups and forums to support each other and you will be surprised that many of this groups pays little or no details to this special category of people.
Beyond reasonable doubts, it is save to conclude that on this plaform you get less support if you do not interact no matter your skills and ideas.
We all have seen that happened, some amazing contents and intellectual works been taken gor granted only because the author is either new and yet to make friends or this individuals find it hard to mingle.
Is there a way out for them on this platform?
Yes and No!
Except the affected people are reborn and Re-christened so as to come out of their shells, their stay on Steemit mighg be as Gloomy as a Graveyard in the middle of a Winter Night!

Im an Introvert , i find interactions in real life hard but not at all in virtual
Talking about on steemit, i think introverts can do better than most. As they're quiet and expressive , they would flourish in it.
Introvert with writing skills can surely make a great place in it here.

Steemit is not a place for introverts, at the same time there is room for improvement. We have good people here that are willing to give a helping hand.

@oluwoleolaide no my brother. It can never be a placefor an introvert or a recluse. Neither is it a place for lazy people. Steemit is actually founded on the ideology that no one is an island of his own. And they more people begin to understand that interaction is a vital requirement in the pursuit of success the better

many introverts observe more than they speak, many introverts prefers to use writing as there best means of communication to express there thoughts but if you get to meet them in person they are quiet. So, i believe they will excel well in steemit

I found one and i am gonna keep contacting him and see if truly they interact via writng.
Personally I find it difficult to chat or interact like that. I can't say I'm an introvert, its just that I find it difficult relating with someone I bearly know and I don't think thats good for Steemit.
