ANGER is just one letter short of DANGER!

The World is angry, so is you and I. Anger is a very healthy emotional state of a human, provided the individual is alive and not dead. Not that anger is a very bad thing, but the actions taken in angry moments is the bone of contention. Even the Holy Bible attest to it that:

Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.- Ephesians 4:26 (KJV)

But there is a great danger when you can't control your temper. Though it could be advantageous to voice out any negative vibes and it could also give you some motivation to solve some life puzzles by channelling that rage to something productive. It is an emotional state we all feel as a man, woman,
boy, girl and even babies throw tantrums. Animals also shows tendencies of wrath (Like a Raging Bull or a fleeing Horse) and mother nature herself gets angry which is devastating each time she does!

Our tolerance as human to situations in life differs, therefore people with very low tolerance to fustrations might get easily infruiated than most of us. The questionn now is, how do we all handle this hotheads at work, school, home, on the bus etc without us getting angry as well hence putting ourselves in harms way in the process?

SIMPLE WAYS OUT

The reasons and causes of anger at some point does not matter after we face great consequenecs of our actions after a Rage. Some had committed murder out of rage and some had gotten themselves killed in this process. Putting ourselves and others in risks during temper burst should be discouraged and work upon. Here are some ways this could be done:

COUNSELING

At some degree, several indivduals needs the help of a mental health professionalto get over nager and how to possibly manage it. Excessive anger might have huge impacts on the its victims lives and so one of the best week is to seek the help of a professional.

LOCATION/ENVIROMENT CHANGE

Experts would rrcomend relocation, a change from a particular place as another soution to excessive anger. It does help by meeting new sets of people with a different perspective about you and life. Studies had shown that soemtimes the immediate enviorment which we find ourselves in might be the cause of Rage/Fury, irritations.

COMMUNICATE

Several people put their lives and the lives of others around them at risk when a chain of communication is broken. A lot of people do not know how to express themselves and anger is stocked up inside them instead of a peaceful dialog. Listen, Think and Respond before taking actions when angry.

HUMOR TRICKS

Researchers claims that silly humors can help ease rage in several ways. You could call someone a name from a cartoon or a funny movie instead of yelling at them or cursing them. This could also help to get an evenly distributed perception of things. Not taking things so serious helps in this raging moments and keeps you out of harm's way.

RELAX

A tensed individual might get provoked easily at very slight chances. Exercising simple tools to relaxing like sleeping, long walks, deep breathing, Napping, Yoga, Meditation etc. are the best ways to use relaxation to combat Fury. Anger might still come; of course, it obeys Nature's command but a relaxed body and soul wouldn't react that much to situations that infuriate them.


FOR SPIRITUAL INDIVIDUALS- PRAYER AND MEDITATION HELPS

This works smoothly for spiritual people, praying in Raging moments for absolute peace helps ease anger out. Reading the scriptures also helps Tremedously as it helps shut off from earthly stress and worries.

It is good to be angry at some certain level. If a mother will calm herself from been angry at her children, she will surely be ready to face the consequence in the future. But anger becomes dangerous when it cannot be control or when it leads to destroying things. We need to understand ourselves on those things that trigger anger in us in order to be able to control ourselves.

I trully had a lot of good time reading this post. Personally if am very angry it makes make loss focus most of the time any decision would be superfial and not having any strong cord of benefit in the long run.

So i have decided to learn to smile from my heart when angered **that way my nerves are eased and am actually in control of the circumstance.

Yes anger is a futile emotion, if you get angry you loose more energy than your victim.

Hmmm....Anger!!!!. It is truly one letter short of danger.. In that moment, you say and do so many wrong things, some of which could be corrected while others, you regret.

I have been in a situation where i was so furious that i said so many hurtful things, even though i was right to be angry, i still felt bad at the end.

It is therfore wise to take some minutes or take a step back when faced with situation in which all hell needs to be let out, to evaluate and study the situation.

ANGER MANAGEMENT IS INDEED A COMPULSORY COURSE EVERYONE MUST TAKE.

Love the post, anger is an interesting topic, because it can be incredibly destructive, but managed and tamed it can be a great resource as well. It all comes down to knowing yourself and learning to channel the angry vibes into something good and productive 🙏🏼

Anyone can get angry, but it is not useful. I stop and think for a moment, but more than that is just no use.
