Great message @churdtzu. The herd mentality is very real and powerful and, often, the guys who run the show understand this and utilise it. There is a pull in society to do what is 'safe' or 'the norm' but, you're right, conforming to this is why most people wake up in their late forties and realise that they've squandered half their life.
