You are not irreplaceable!
Hey dearest Mr/Mrs Irreplaceable, listen to this;
For the fact that people want you to be a part of their lives, business or team does not mean You Are Irreplaceable!
Stop feeling too important to someone who wants you. If they make a lot of sacrifices to keep you, don't take it for granted. Don't feel they are doing it because they can't replace you. No one on this earth is irreplaceable! If you keep frustrating their efforts to be happy with you, one day you'll be shocked to discover that you have lost all relevance before them.
I once had a boyfriend who thought he was irreplaceable in my life. He felt I was not his class and he was doing me a favour to have him. I sacrificed so much to put up with his attitude and save the relationship. But after a while, I realized I deserved better, so I dumped his silly ass and moved on. At first, he could not believe I would ever think about leaving him. But when it dawned on him I was gone for good, he started begging and till date, he is still begging. Anyways, I don't have feelings for him anymore and I don't think I'll ever have one for him again.
If you find a good spouse, business partner, friend, work place or position, do not take for granted anything being offered to you or sacrifice for your sake. Stop feeling too important to people who want you close to them. Stop making being with you a difficult task for other people because someday, they will get tired of whatever sacrifice they are making to keep you and they will let go. But guess what? When that happens, you might be the one with the biggest regrets.
People may be tolerating you now, but do not think it will last forever. One day, they will realize they deserve better and they will Replace You.
Save your job, save your marriage, save your friendship, save you position, save your relationship with humility, meekness and show of appreciation.

You are right on this ma. Every one can be replaced that is why you see someone that died, give the family a week or so, they will gradually forget such even happend @ogoowinner
A loved one can never be replaced by the family. It is not the same. I lost my elder brother 23 years ago but still nothing can ever replace him.
Let not argue much bro, it is so painful to lost someone but you got move on and moving on only has single handedly got him replaced.

Some bosses think they are doing their staff a favor by employing us. I mean, who do they think they are, like we can't get something better else where?
One day he'll come to the office and realise all his employees are gone.

Oh! Some bosses are like that. They think we can't find a better job. But the funny part is, he may never find a better staff than you.

This is absolute truth. Nobody is irreplaceable. Just like you make people know they are very replaceable we should also know that we are not irreplaceable. Hence we should try to value whoever we are with or whatever position we find ourselves and use it well because like magic, you can be kicked out and another brought in.

Yes you did. It's so sad when your boss makes you feel like you are irreplaceable and then just because of a little misunderstanding replaces you without a second thought after overworking you. That one is painful. Being replaced when you deserve that spot can hurt that's why now I see it like a vapour this minute is and next minute is no more.
