When we are suffering from low self-esteem, we really don’t think of ourselves like we should, we can’t think of others properly.
People want to be fake, but if you can accept yourself and know that God did not make a mistake. Whatever you got, it’s your duty to maintain it, to keep it up, to keep it strong, to keep it viable.
Take weighing properly and carefully looking after self seriously.
As Man and Women our role is to be the most beautiful where the Savior wanted to take us.
When you think properly, eat properly and weigh properly, you are absolutely a beautiful human being.
The house of God is the human body.
We shall keep the body healthy along with the mind, and also in surrounding yourself with positive people and knowing that the body is the temple that God created and how important it is.
We want to live a long healthy life. We want to live right and be a good example.
We must learn habits that show health promoting benefits
We must eat one meal per day and avoid eating the food that you know is against you.
It is unnecessary for us to try to eat, or even to taste all kinds of food.

God never makes mistakes. It's just the light or rather silver lining that is always there to guide us through the darkness that is bogging down the world.
I also agree a healthy human mind works with in a system and does not rebel against it. It's just these systems have made working within in them extremely difficult as my fellow man seems to have, in general not absolutly, become like mindless drones only capable of disseminating truth from an authoritarian source that provides comfort.
As an American raised by propoganda before 9/11 we were taught to stand up for our rights, liberty and freedom. In the post 9/11 world trying to perpetuate that ideology/propoganda is not what the masses want. So it becomes a bit fustrating trying to be associated with people who want total government control.
So it becomes full circle to speaking truths softly and leaning on God and sharing that weight/burden with that ever loving energy instead of passing that burdening fire energy around to be misinterpreted often causing more problems.
As my health is making a resounding comeback and I am refocusing one thing that I do miss about curating the Dynamicsteemians is the large group of people that we have that are not part of western civilization or if they are they not part of American culture who wholeheartedly believe in God and just work hard and try to do what's right. I love that about the International Community.

Good post. I practice intermittent fasting whenever I can. One meal a day most days. We eat way too much nonsense otherwise.
