James Bond Museum: London England (2 of 2)
This is a continuation of my first post about our visit to the London Film Museum to see the Bond in Motion exhibit. Please be sure to have a look at those images as well!
Now where did I leave off... Oh, yeah. Amanda's dad was getting his photograph taken as James Bond.
Now, that was the actual professional photograph that they took. It was kind of comical because he had just recently had a knee replacement and had a bit of a hobble going on. We were trying to imagine him actually taking out bad guys. He was really having a blast though, and so were we!
So this next car was pretty crazy looking.
These came out quite grainy unfortunately. All of the lights were off except for some flashing strobes of various colors. This thing looks awesome in real life!
When looking at this incredibly expensive European sports car, all that I could think about was how someone had to damage the hell out of it on purpose. I just don't know how I would bring myself to do it!
Below is another story board and some concept art. I love this kind of stuff.
Next we have an even more damaged car. It's really cool, but still makes me cringe to see such a nice vehicle smashed up like this.
Even more cars! This place is set up like a maze with many cars in each room. Every time you think that you've reached the back of the building, you find yourself in yet another room full of cars.
And now for the final film props that I photographed.
I actually found the toy collection to be really interesting. Mostly because of the value of some of these old items. Some of them are so rare that they go for a lot of money online when sold to collectors. Every time I save some old crap from my childhood it always ends up being worthless! Oh well. I guess my old stuff has value to me!
That's it for this collection. Be sure to check out Bond in Motion if ever in London. It is a great afternoon out and not too expensive.
Really cool @nuthman Love the cars and the different models. Some really sharp looking ones. Must have been a blast :)
Yeah, it was a lot of fun! Most importantly, my father-in-law loved it. That man seriously loves James Bond movies!
This looks like it was fun. I'd like that silver ghost please and thank you :)
It was awesome! Yeah, I think I'd like any of the cars over my Ford Escape. lol!
Amazing photographs of James Bond Museum..
