Serve with heart
One effort to provide satisfactory health services is done by providing full-time service through the HEART approach. The HEART approach is an important indicator of service satisfaction. At present Meurah Mulia Health Center continues to work on improving the existing service system.
One form that has been changed is the method of service with a ball picking system, meaning that patients do not need to get health services, but they only wait in front of the examination room they visit, the rest will all be assisted by the receptionist, start registering until they receive the medicine.
The other side is to fix the infrastructure that is more attractive and beautiful so that patients do not feel bored being in a health center
