Powerful stuff. Thanks for sharing this. Someone I know was close to a burnout and totally overwhelmed due to personal and work stress. The one thing that changed his life around: sport.
Not powerlifting though, but even moderate sport can have a huge influence. Biking, running, the gym.
So I can't agree to this any more.
