Starting the new year in the wrong way

I'm in the midst of a month-long major depressive episode that is making my life a living hell. I badly need an adjustment to my meds, but my doctor is on holidays for another couple weeks.

So, I'm ringing in the new year with a guided meditation and sleep. Maybe tomorrow will be better...
