Stress is defined as a person's effort that exceeds his physical and psychological limits as a result of incompatible physical and social conditions. When stressful situations are handled properly, they make life more productive; however, when they occur in excess, they become a threat to one's emotional, mental, and physical well-being. According to experts, stress, which is not a disease, prompts us to consider new possibilities when it is managed properly.

Your body is the only thing that will keep you going when you're under stress. As a result, eat a well-balanced diet and avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Avoid wearing clothes that will agitate you during your difficult times, and take care of your appearance.

The first step in stress management is to rank your tasks in order of importance.

We are so focused on ourselves during exam periods that we forget to drink water. When you are stressed, you sweat a lot and lose a lot of water. Drink 1.5 litres of water every day to avoid this, especially during the summer.

Make it a habit to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Take a warm shower before going to bed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Drink 1 glass of milk or herbal tea to unwind.

During the day, read a lot of books and wander around bookstores inhaling the book scent. Above all, don't put off doing your happy-making hobbies until tomorrow.

Avoiding negative people whose sincerity you doubt is one of the simplest ways to manage your stress.

A clean and orderly environment will make you feel more at ease.
