How do you deal with resistance in life?

PTSD makes you aware that fighting back is normal. To win, you must face it and work hard. Start each day knowing you'll face opposition. This will help you stay focused all day.

Change is inevitable, but accepting it can be hard. It may leave you feeling empty and depressed, making the shift harder. To overcome resistance, one must understand their motivations and ideals. Despite the difficulty, you must have a goal and stick to it.

Studies show that people's change resistance varies. A simple change may not be resisted. However, considerable change raises resistance. Avoiding dangerous situations like these requires understanding the many types of resistance. This will prevent misinterpretations, misjudgments, and collapsed therapies.

Everybody overthinks decisions sometimes. This behaviour is taxing. It may also impair decision-making and demotivate one. Overthinking is temporary and may be controlled. Control your excessive thinking to make better decisions and live a happier life.

Overthinking can hurt your career, social life, and relationships. It can damage relationships and drain you emotionally. Excessive thinking can lead to depression, compulsive overeating, and other issues if left unchecked. It may cause anxiety and self-harm.

Loss anxiety affects many people. Millions worldwide experience this paralysing emotion. Some blame a childhood trauma. Abuse, abandonment, and other trauma can cause PTSD. Whatever the cause, professional help is needed to manage this phobia. Record triggers first.

There are many ways to overcome loss phobia. Psychological treatments have shown that social support can help people manage their moods. Contacting friends and relatives may help. Talking about your feelings helps you express them constructively. Another option is keeping a journal.

Life involves opposition. Many forms exist. Exhaustion, shyness, or perfectionism may cause it. To defeat opponents, just do a few simple things differently. To boost productivity, remove distractions, organise your workspace, and learn to say no to low-priority tasks.

Change is often resisted. You may fear your loved ones will hold you back. It may be fear of losing you or falling behind if they adjust to your modifications. It may be harder to reach your goals and realise your potential.

Traumatic occurrences can happen to everyone. Our development and psychosocial environment impact how we react to trauma. This article discusses the effects of trauma on children, adolescents, and adults. We discuss resiliency and how men and women handle adversity differently. Finally, we shall suggest trauma therapy for different life stages.

Trauma survivors often remember being unprepared. Simple. When victims are unprepared and unaware, trauma's psychological toll is amplified. Most traumas are unexpected. Trauma affects mental disease, addiction, and cognitive impairment more. Most survivors revisit the events leading up to the tragedy to understand what they could have done differently.

Have you seen recent announcement by Steemitblog related to new way of distributing TRX tokens to Steemit users? ( you can check it out here ).
I figured that you may have not seen this post and it's worth to be aware of implemented changed.

Check it out and I'm curious on what do you think about it? based on other people suggestion, it may be best to set up 100% power up on all your posts published on Steemit.
