I know nothing about this user, but if they are new a more helpful attitude instead of condemnation tends to work better. maybe offering some links to guide them.
As far as I am concern this is Spam. You have been on steemit long enough to understand Spam. It is part of the problem on Steemit in that no one is willing to assist newcomers.
It seems ironic, to me, who you consider the spammer here, but your blog - your rules. ✌
Right now you are the only one spamming. Go to site of the person you have issues with and deal with them there. This post is about money raised for an 8 month old little girl with a brain tumor. Your commenting like you have is totally inappropriate here.
In that light this is not a place for you to indulge in a "pissing contest" with someone who only left a comment which was not spam.
Already did that, before following the spammer here. But it's your lawn and glad to get off it if you'll let this thread die. ✌
