大家好，我来自中国广州的，我名字叫miyavi，通过朋友的推荐，加入了steem powerup，我买了个1w多个steem，powerup支持steem发展，目前大部分都steem connect 给我朋友代理了我的steem，我想问一下，powerdown 是什么？是不是powerup后 3个月以后才能powerdown？那到时候还需要取消给朋友的代理吗？如何取消？
