Bricklayers Masterpiece with a little bit of History

My boyfriend, @ate-bit-dave is a man of lots of knowledge I'd like to say. He is smart, logical, knowledgeable and most importantly ... TALENTED.

He is a mason, bricklayer if you may. He has 20+ years of creative and beautiful artwork; is what I'd like to call it. We have known each other for around 3 years, and wherever we are going around our city, we ALWAYS detour to places hes worked on, so he can look back, show off to me, and smile at his lovely talent.

The past few months, david has been working extremely hard, long hours, hot sun and dark evenings to build a amazing landscape of different pieces for a fellow in our small town named Terry. David worked roughly 47 hours on this, and now he has something himself and friends & family of Terry's can look back on for the rest of their lives.

A little backstory on the owner of the home. He is a historian type man who has his dreams of wanting to make his yard a "museum" of sorts for generations to come. All including historic pieces of the town he lives in, such as the bricks that stamped DMW. These bricks were manufactured by David Malcom Wardrop in the town of Whitemouth, Manitoba. Terry is the grandson of David Wardrop. The company was later sold to Alsips in 1945. The stones that david used to make the bench wall were from the old stone water well and foundation of the house that used to be on the property in the 1800s.

Between Terrys historian attributes, lovely personality, and being a great right hand man for david during the process and davids expertise, talent and determination ... I think the outcome is magnificently magnificent!
