Not At Steemfest Beers!!
It's here again, Saturday! Beer time!!
This post is dedicated to two groups of people. The people at Steemfest and the people who are not!!
Hurrah, that's just about everyone covered.
I have guests this week. The good lady's family from the bitter North of Scotland. As result of which, I have been banished from the house to my secondary home, The Man Cave. Also known as the garage.
So, before I decide to pick up a tool and start fiddling with it, let's get stuck into the beers.
This week is once again about spice. The previous spicy chilli beer week was a bit shit so how could I refuse when these two came knocking?
First up
Well, I have no idea how you fucking pronounce that. Is that even a word? Xocoveza - pish. Better taste good to make up for its name.
It does sound good though. With the chilli and cinnamon and vanilla and all that jazz. Right up my street!
It certainly pours like a fine chap. All satanic inkiness and with rather a fetching tan head.
I can feel the old boab twitching in anticipation!!

Well, there you have it. It promises so much. Winter spice, mocha flavours and even chilli. But in the end it's just a little coffee-ish with some cinnamon. Poor show but not disastrous. 6/10 booms!
So can the next send me burling into the streets as if my pants were aflame?
Bring on the molé!!
This one literally has me beside myself with frothy excitement. It has four different chillies in it. Four!!! Chipotle, Ancho, Mulato and Pasilla!! I mean, hot damn, how did they find any room to fit in the beer!!
Here goes!
It pours like extra Virgin engine oil. Like molasses of dark intent. I feel a quibble of fear followed by a dandy of excitement. Will this be the one?
This stuff is intense, intense and immense. It's very smoky, very spicy and absolutely hoaching with chilli.
I love it. It's making me quite giddy. I shall have to compose myself for the out of town guests so that we don't all end up fighting or swapping wives
Hmm swapping wives and fighting. Sounds like a quality night!!
Anyhoo, it gets a resounding 9/10 booms!!

Too bad you didn't love the Stone beer. They are one of our favorite breweries. In fact, we are going to visit their brewery in Richmond next weekend. The plan is to stay in a bed and breakfast and take Uber from one brewery to the next. Sounds fantastic.
I was disappointed in it but I had had previous ones which have been rather good. It is an aim of mine to visit their brewery in Berlin as it is meant to be ace!
A pilgrimage to Stone Berlin is required of every hop supplicant. We will meet there one day if we continue on the path of the richousness.

Good old steemfest. I truly am going to do my best to go next year. If the price of crypto lets me lol
We need Steem to boom. No garage is a man cave, you need to have a proper one with your own bar for distinguished guests like your steem mates.

How do you capture the flavors of each beer? When you drink a wait a while to drink the other while you pass the flavor or eat something and so? I'm curious
