Hello everyone,

Today is Saturday, and it is a cool shiny bright morning here in Ita Alamu area off Off a garage, ilorin. Kwara state. It happened this way, I was not in a haste at all I'm on my way to my daily work place, while I was a little bit off the road I approach few kilometers to the main road, there was a C. A. C church sited with a very big compound. I saw something so strange but still within my range, I saw a huge number of people, old, young , male, female, children at the premises of the church doing what? Group Exercise. Down below explains more of what I was saying up here.

This was the first picture I took immediately I entered the exercise arena. It was full a house exercise today at the C.A.C church Ita Alamu, ilorin. I would have love to get some video done but my camera is faulty. Bear with me. Please.

EXERCISE.

  • little about the word Exercise: it is any form of bodily activity be it, running in water, weight lifting,cycling, swimming, brisk walking, skipping rope, rowing, hiking, playing tennis, continuous training, and long slow distance training that stimulate proper physical fitness in the body and overall health and wellness.

WHY DO YOU ENGAGE IN EXERCISE?

Exercise is performed for different purposes,these reasons include
(1) used for increasing growth and development
(2) Exercise can be used for Preventing aging
(3) Strengthening muscles and the body system entirely.
(4) Boosting athletic skills
(5) Weight loss or maintenance
(6) Sometimes exercise is done for pleasure.

In conclusion :

  • I would like to conclude my talk by saying physical exercise is important for maintaining good fitnessfitness physically and also can contribute to maintaining amd regulate a great healthy weigh.
