WARM WEATHER and PESTS
Warm weather brings out the pests that can spoil your fun. These include insects like mosquitoes, ants, termites, cockroaches, ticks, spiders and bigger ones like mice, rats and raccoons.
Food is what will draw them into your living area. Food that isn't refrigerated should be sealed in air tight containers. Any crumbs or spills should also be cleaned up right away.
Remove any unnecessary sources of water around the yard. Both to prevent mosquitoes and discourage wild animals like raccoon and opossum from coming around.
Check for spiders and vacuum in corners high and low where their webs would be. You don't want to get bit, especially with a Brown Recluse.
Keep the grass short so ticks sand fleas have less shade. Remove debris around the yard that bugs like carpenter ants and termites would be attracted to.

Excellent your recommendations @manorvillemike, regarding the preventive measures that we must follow for the control or elimination of the pests ... in our country in the last years we have suffered certain diseases associated to the Mosquitoes: zika, dengue, Chikungunya and also they have been reported cases of malaria and Yellow Fever ... and in our area when the rains begin, these pests begin to proliferate.
Thank you and Greetings.
They are a real pain and hard to avoid.
