Exactly! Dogs is one of the best pets in this world, who more care for you in every situation of life, if we are spend time with pets we obviously feel good and stay away from depression and anxiety. When I feel sad I spent my time with my CATS :)

Animals are better than humans when it comes to friendship. They will never leave u even if you avoid them.
And i am amazed to read benefits of having dogs as pet, i never knew that they help us to lead a healthy life. i am surely gonna share these benefits with my friends

Dogs are also funny that what makes them pretty attractive to all ,While it isn't likely that he understands the joke, they probably react to your laugher by imitating it, and thus recreating the feeling of happiness in themself.
Dogs tend to be very empathetic. They can feel anger, sadness, happiness, fear and love, and usually are able to pick up on and feel the emotions of a human.
