Let The Challenge Begin (Day 9)
All Roads To Succes Have To Pass Through Hard Work Boulevard At Some Point... Greetings To One And All :) Hope You All Are Having A Wonderful And Productive Tuesday.
Today I Bring To You Day Nine (9) Of My Personal Challenge "The 30 Day Pushup Challenge"
Today was my off day and I was so happy i could get a couple of extra hours of sleep,i did my laundry when i woke up and after that i decided to go to the movies with my girlfriend. I needed to see Jigsaw :) And it was worth the watch had an amazing plot twist to it. For those who don't know Jigsaw is another sequal to the Saw Series (Horror/Thriller).
Yesterday I managed to set a new personal record of 40 continuous pushups and I manage to do 100 pushups in 6 minutes which to me was pretty good but hopefully i will do it faster with time.
Today I did 100 pushups in 7 minutes and again I manage a new personal record of 50 continuous pushups :) Hopefully be the end of these 30 days i will be able to do the whole 100 pushups in one straight shot.
Below is a picture of how i did today and also the link to my previous post. The app that I am currently using is Push Up Counter for Android. Any tips or tricks are welcome :)
