A lot of folks who follow me around on the internet live in the United States, so I just wanted to take a minute and wish you all a happy fourth of July!!

I haven't visited your country in about 4 years since I started in-center dialysis, but previous to that, when I had my transplant and did a different kind of dialysis I visited quite frequently. I must get back soon and enjoy your mammoth sized food portions, green money, and friendly people.

For now I will give a wave from across the northern border and I hope you all enjoy your weiners, cookouts, and fireworks.
