Today, I wanted to discuss the reason for sharing:

On the contrary: egoism.

Example: share with your neighbor. Nursing altruism.
Synonym: generous, share.

We believe that many Caucasians in European countries have established NGOs and have given much because of their guilt to push other continents into poverty.

While this may be true, there is another theory that claims that good deeds are the result of the desires of an individual rather than being the result of an epoch.

This famous theory, as you may know, is Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Dr. Maslow (1908-1970) stated that there is a hierarchy of needs, the most basic needs being the lowest.
If and only if the needs of the lower level are satisfied, then the individual may wish to satisfy the following need.

From below, the order is, physiological, security, belonging and love, esteem and self-realization.
However, a little known fact is that in his later years, much after his pyramid became widely accepted, Dr. Maslow added another level beyond self-actualization, self transcendence.

"Transcendence" refers to the highest and most inclusive or holistic levels of human consciousness.

According to him, altruism is one of the means to achieve self transcendence.
Seeing that some of the richest people in the world work hard to give and help others, this action gives transcendence to others.

I think this theory has the merit of being true!

A good action can result from a lot of motivations, but in any case, it helps society!
