Follow my daily Articles and improv youself and your everyday life

One of the most difficult things in life is to say "no". Saying no to invitations, to requests, to liabilities to all what all the other people constantly seem to do. It is even more challenging to say no to time comsuming feelings: Anger, exaggerated enthusiasm, distractions, obsession. No of these feelings considered alone is a big thing, but if it's getting out of control that we can't escape it becomes less desirable. If your not paying attation, Problems are gonna overwhelm you and dictat your life. Do you ever ask youself how do you can get back your Time, or how you could feel more relaxed? Start with bringing up to say "no thanks" and "no, I don't wanna get involved" or "no, I just can't right now". It's possible your gonna hurt some feeilings. Maybe it seems laborious but the more you do it for things, that are not important to you, the more you can say yes to things that have more importance to you and your life. That's to only why to really enjoy your life and make the best of it.

Does this make Sense for you and are you already practicing this in your everyday-lifestyle? Write a comment about it.
