“Freezing Rain Warning”
We have a freezing rain warning today and tomorrow in Nova Scotia, Canada. I have never heard of this warning before. I like snow but I don’t like cold rain in winter because I feel colder than usual.
People are guessing that tomorrow is going to be a snow day for school. Snow days are up to the road condition. Usually, schools check the road conditions and discuss about canceling school or not. Sometimes, they don’t cancel but it’s up to the bus drivers’ discretion which means they sometimes can’t go on some roads to pick up the students.
Winter is still here. I love winter but I am waiting for Spring, its color, smell, warm air, fresh wind and pretty living things.
“氷結雨注意報”
カナダのノバスコシア州では、今日から明日にかけて氷結雨注意報が出ています。氷結雨注意報とは、初めて耳にします。雪は好きですが、体感温度が通常よりも寒く感じるので、冬の冷たい雨はあまり好きではありません。
明日は学校が休校になるのではないかとみんな予測しています。休校は道路の状態によって決まります。たいてい、学校が朝の道路状況を見て休校にするかどうかを相談し決定します。時々、バスの運転手さんに決定権が委ねられる日があって、休校ではないけれど、道の状態により迎えに行けないと判断する地域があります。その地域に住む児童たちは送迎バスが無いという意味です。
まだ冬が続きます。冬は好きですが、春の色、におい、温かい空気、新鮮な風とかわいい生き物が待ち遠しいです。

そんなのが降ってきたら怖い感じがします
怖いですよねー。笑 文字だけでも怖いデス。
実際、雨がすごく冷たくてすぐに凍っていく感じで、ダウンジャケットのファーの部分が瞬時に凍りついていました！！意外と楽しめました。
