YES! You get the right point. I’m not that an organized person to be honest and that’s where things get out of hand. That’s why I wanna document and make myself organized the things I’m doing. At the very least, keep track on my own performance in a qualitative manner. Ya it maybe time consuming but I think worth a try. Never know where it will bring me to.
