El chocolate es amor ❤😘
Hola amigos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algo que realicé ayer y que de verdad me entusiasma bastante porque es algo que me apasiona hacer.
Les cuento que hice un curso de chocolatería y bomboneria dónde aprendí muchas cosas interesantes
Aquí les dejo una receta que aprendi ayer sobre un ganach de parchita para rellenar bombones, decorar tortas frias, helados en fin es muy útil.
Ingredientes:
26 gr de glucosa o miel
125 gr de chocolate blanco
12 gr de mantequilla
53gr de pulpa de parchita
Preparación:
P1: A baño de María fundir el chocolate junto con la mantequilla teniendo cuidado de no quemarlo.
P2: A parte extraer el zumo de la parchita y al mismo agregarle la glucosa o miel batir hasta unificar y luego unirlo con la mezcla anterior.
Espero les guste y se animen a prepararlo.
