Lekir fruet / buah lekir

Little we will be fooled by the appearance of this tree, with the beauty of its colorful fruits as if to add our sense of desire to taste it.
If we see the shape of the fruit like grapes or coffee, but it turns out this tree is a tree lekir.
At first, I myself did not know this tree or plant.
By chance I want to go to Banda Aceh and stop in pidie jaya.
I found this tree, because of its beauty of color, I immediately took a picture.
After that, I asked the surrounding community about this tree.
They say that the tree I found is called a lekir tree.
The fruit should not be eaten because the sap contains toxins, the fruit is very itchy.
Feeling curious about what they say, I want to find out about this tree.
Upon my return from banda aceh, I open the internet to see the link and post about this lekir tree.
Apparently not many who post about this, there is only one link that shares about this lekir tree, and even then not complete.
Finally I find out from biology textbooks.
In the book explains that, tree lekir including taro plants that grow in wet forest, endemic Sumatra, tropica and subtropika from Arum family (Araceae).
Another name is Amorphophallus titanium.
This plant is the forerunner of carrion flower.
There are some species that may be eaten as' supplementary foods after cleansing of toxic sap.
The lekir tree is a plant species whose fruit

Sedikit kita akan terkecoh pada penampilan pohon ini, dengan keindahan buahnya yang warna warni seakan menambah rasa kepingin kita untuk mencicipinya.
Kalau kita lihat bentuk buahnya seperti buah anggur atau buah kopi, tapi ternyata pohon ini adalah pohon lekir.
Pada awalnya, saya sendiri tidak mengenal pohon atau tumbuhan ini.
Secara kebetulan saya mau berangkat ke Banda aceh dan singgah di pidie jaya.
Saya menemukan pohon ini, karena keindahan warnanya, saya langsung memotretnya.
Setelah itu, saya bertanya kepada warga sekitarnya tentang pohon ini.
Mereka mengatakan bahwa pohon yang saya temukan ini bernama pohon lekir.
Buahnya tidak boleh dimakan karena getahnya mengandung racun, buah ini sangat gatal.
Merasa penasaran dengan apa yang mereka katakan, saya ingin mencari tau tentang pohon ini.
Sekembalinya saya dari banda aceh, saya buka internet untuk melihat link dan postingan tentang pohon lekir ini.
Ternyata tidak banyak yang memposting tentang ini, hanya ada satu link yang membagikan tentang pohon lekir ini, itupun tidak lengkap.
Akhirnya saya cari tau dari buku pelajaran biologi.
Di buku tersebut menerangkan bahwa, pohon lekir termasuk tumbuhan talas talasan yang tumbuh dihutan basah, endemik sumatera, tropika dan subtropika dari keluarga Arum (Araceae).
Nama lainnya yaitu Amorphophallus titanium.
Tumbuhan ini merupakan cikal bakal bunga bangkai.
Ada beberapa spesies yang boleh dimakan sebagai 'makanan tambahan setelah melakukan pembersihan terhadap getahnya yang mengandung racun.
Pohon lekir adalah jenis tumbuhan yang buahnya
hanya tumbuh pada musim hujan.
