Keni, you already referred to the scam several times in the above comments. It's not necessary to provide further "evidence," especially given that we're both in possession of the same chain of emails. I know you love to grandstand to your audience here and try to make yourself look like a decent human being but you're not fooling either of us.
Again, how very telling it is that you will do anything possible to avoid ending up in a court room answering for this theft. If you're so confident that you're right (I don't know how you could be, your knowledge on the subject is elementary at best) then you would be eagerly willing to demonstrate such a case to a judge or arbitrator. Instead, you've spent the last year and a half trying to hide from these crimes. Refusing to answer emails, tweets and DMs. Forcing me to sign up for an account here and take you to task publicly. Now you're trying every trick in the book to try to discredit me, but it's clear there's nothing to discredit. We both agree on the same set of facts, that you and Jamie Vinion made off with my funds without fulfilling the agreement. That's theft, Keni. But, since you disagree with this assessment, it's time to take this in front of a third party to decide the merit and demerits of the case. You don't get to just play the thief AND play the judge. You've chosen your actions, now own up to the consequences.

You've demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding just about everything we discussed above, particularly law and specifically contract law. Though I'm sure you're a bit smarter than you're letting on, otherwise you would just submit to a fair process of appropriating those funds. Instead, you're hiding because you're scared of the repercussions of taking someone else's money and running off with it. A real honest-actor would face up to the responsibilities of doing such a horrible thing and face his accuser in front of an unbiased third party. Instead, all you want to do is run away from the mess you created. Like I said, you're a joke. Nobody takes you seriously except you zombie followers on this dumb platform. Again, you're just proving my point. The fact that none of your responses address the questions and allegations I'm lobbing at you just shows that you have no reasoned argument. You're unable to face up to the consequences of your actions like a decent human being, so instead you will be forced to through the actions of a court. Sad, really. This could all be taken care of in a mutually-agreeable, reasonable manner but instead you want to play games and attempt to hide from your responsibilities (of not stealing money from people). Oh well, I guess you can't expect much more from a washed up porn star who claims PizzaGate is real and spreads misinformation about crypto all over the web.

RESPONSE DATED WED 03/21/2018: @kenistylesconman aka JULIAN ROSS, as you know I am willing to respond to you in this thread and this thread only. There is no need to continue asking for attention elsewhere, I am available right here. This is for the benefit of both of us and to present all of the evidence about your complaint for the examination of my readers as well as any of your supposed legal representative.
I am glad that we are finally agreed that this is an entirely pointless endeavor on your part, there is nothing to gain from your continued smear against me. Since you continue to spread false accusations and lies about me across this platform, I have done my best to provide duplicate samples of your abuse here in the relevant thread.

There is nothing we are attempting to get away with and no difficulty on our part, you are simply incriminating yourself further and publishing slanderous defamation. This spam is insulting, abusive and clearly hate speech all of which provides evidence of your continued online harassment spanning the past 2 years.
We are now far beyond any negotiations and have stated multiple times that while you are free to express yourself and pursue whatever course of action you decide. We will not be sending you any money and have no legal, ethical or moral obligation to do so. All actions proven by this thread and the attached evidence substantiates this.
Finally for the record, we do not wish any ill intent towards you, we recognize your regret and underlying mental and emotional state. We only wish you the best in finding a medicine that works to heal whatever pain you are projecting and once again implore that you quit this smear of my reputation for your own betterment and happiness in life.
