I'm strictly for pegging SBD's value. It shouldn't go too far. But I agree that it can help the platform to grow.

Your theory on when to peg it is also reasonable.

My most important concern is that, whether we can convince the devs and witnesses to add this peg feature before SBD goes too far from the "peg value" again.
