Do you sleep dressed or naked?

Science has investigated and recommends sleeping naked since it has beneficial properties for our health. First reason is that our body needs to be aired since most of the day is spent dressed. Feet, armpits and the intimate areas are the ones that are covered most often and are precisely the areas where fungi and infections are most comfortable.

Sleeping naked with our lover increases oxytocin levels. This hormone is known as the hormone of love and helps establish and perpetuate the bond between lovers, it increases our desire and improves our sex life. It also seems to reduce stress levels because it lowers the cortisol level.
