How to extend your tourist visa in Thailand/ prolonger son visa touristique en Thaïlande

I like to write about my experience when I went to extend my visa. I was impressed once more by the organisation at the visa centre. Everything is indicated with signs in English and examples of the different visas procedures. I went in the morning around 10 or 11 and I was done in less than one hour. You need to find where the immigration office is where you are. I have done mine in Phuket. You need to check on your visa the date you have to get another one, it's usually before 30 days. I thought I had a full 30 days to do mine and by chance I went on the last day I had to do it which were 2 days before 30 days.
documents needed:
your passport
extension fees 1900 bath
ID photo
copy of your passport: main page with your picture
a copy of your Thailand visa stamp
the entry custom form
arrive and departure flight information

You can either come with everything or getting it done there for 200 bath or so.

1st: you have to go inside and get a form (they speak English)
2nd: fill it following the samples.
3rd: make the officer check it (where you were given the form) and get your number.
4th: wait in the seating area for your number to be called.
5th: when you get called, pay the fees and have a digital photo taken.
6th: go back into the seating area to wait to get called back.
7th: get your passport with your new visa.

Salut,
Faire renouveler son visa en Thaïlande est super pratique. Une fois de plus, j'ai pu admiré l'efficacité Thaïlandaise.
Tout est super bien expliqué en anglais avec des modèles à suivre selon l'application que vous remplissez. Je m'attendais à passer pas mal de temps mais en réalité tout a été super vite. J'ai fait le renouvellement de mon visa à Phuket, il vous suffit de trouver le bureau d'immigration où vous êtes. Vérifiez la date sue le visa à laquelle vous devez faire votre prolongation, c'est 2 ou 3 jours avant l'expiration du visa.
Vous avez besoin des documents suivants:
les frais: 1900 bath
passport
photocopie de la page principale et du visa thaïlandais
photocopie du formulaire de douane (feuille bleue remplie dans l'avion)
photos d'identité
information sur votre vols d'arrivée et de départ

les démarches:
1er: aller à l'intérieur récupérer un formulaire
2ème: remplissez le formulaire suivant les modèles
3ème: retourner à l'intérieur et faite le vérifier par l'agent d'accueil, qui vous donnera un numéro
4ème: attendez dans la salle d'attente d'être appelé
5ème: payer les frais et ayez votre photo prise
6ème: retournez patienter dans la salle d'attente
7ème: récupérez votre passport avec votre nouveau visa
