On this day I want to ask you all, have you ever felt tired of cyberspace, and or you feel bored with everyday activities that are just focused on social media? And that integration could be a sign that you should start fasting social media. Social media fasting is quitting the world of social media, stopping from cyberspace activities.
And to want to start it should be done a day, three days, a week or even a month. And maybe you'll miss the latest news, but what's going to happen? And the world will not stop because you can not social media.
But moreover, there are some benefits that you will feel if you remember from the world of social media. Here it is 5 waves!
1. More focus on ourselves
and if you are usually busy with a mobile phone and do a swafoto or take any photo to upload to your social account, then by doing social media fasting, you will start to see this world from your own point of view. Not just for imaging in social media.
And you will focus on your activities that may have been delayed because they have spent time with social media. So cleaning the room or just tidying the contents of the closet can be a very useful activity during your fasting with social media.
2. More enjoy all the things around you
So while busy with social media, and usually you become "blinded" from the events around you. By taking a break from the virtual world, then you will be able to see clearly the events in your neighborhood.
