back day
Hi everyone! Today I go gym and do back workout. Want to share with you.
I did 7 exercise:
- 4 for back muscles
- 1 lower back
- 2 biceps exercise
The gym was not busy today which is good. I dont like when too many people because then I wait long time for machines.
My back feel strong today! I think I getting stronger because weight feel more easy than last week. Make me happy because mean I improve little bit.
For lower back I always do because I sit computer all day for work. If I dont do this exercise my back hurt later.
Biceps exercise make my arm tired but this normal. When muscle tired after workout mean you work hard right?
