All The Whys In Life And The Single Answer We Should Know

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Have you ever felt that you're left behind? Seeing your friends, colleagues, or relatives at the peak of success: getting a job promotion; purchasing a house and lot or a brand new car; travelling countlessly; amazingly having a flourishing love life; getting married and having a baby soon; becoming famous; achieving a 6-figure paycheck; and the list continues...

There's some point in our lives that we question ourselves as to why life has been not so fair to us. We feel that we are completely getting lost, year by year our age is added yet we don't feel like progressing, in a way that we can confidently and proudly say that we're satisfied with the condition that we are having at the moment. We feel left out, jealous, anxious, exasperated, insecure, lonely, and we bear all the negativities that we have never imagined to experience. Those loads of baggage have been buried deep inside of our hearts. Some of us don't know how to cope with those feelings, thus, they'll grow unstoppably and bear a fruit of hatred and resentment.

We puzzle ourselves and ask why. Why do other people seem so lucky enough to collect all the blessings that we also want to have? Why are they so blessed that when they work hard they amass all the successes in life? And others don't even need to burn the candle at both ends yet they achieve what they want? Yes we did our part as well like they do, however no matter how hard we try even if it's already back-breaking, still our efforts are to no avail.

Interestingly, I came across a passage that summarizes everything we need to know as to why some people are ahead of us in terms of success and all the other good things life can offer. In the passage it said that, all of us have our own unique time zone. We are all working and living according to it. Surreal, but it's on point.

We may feel that we're completely behind but actually we're not. We are on our own time zone, we should never envy others and spit bitterness and hate ourselves. The real thing is we have to keep going, being true to ourselves, and staying strong. By having that attitude, all the wonderful things that we beseechingly want in life will do come true. Surely.

That's how i view my son, he's just working at his own pace. :)

Thank you for droppin’ by. I share your idea. ^^

@julsmlz Most people on this planet were born with nothing. Almost none are born wealthy (easy to spot them but they are statistically less than 0.1%).

Decades later some of those born in poverty own a house, a car and a wife. Some are doing better than that (no wife? - joke). Did they get lucky? Or did they strive for what they have? I know many people who are "doing alright". None of them were "lucky". None had rich parents.

Sure we see "lucky" people on TV - celebs, stars, millionaires and so on. Some were "lucky" - they just had the good looks - most will say "anyone could have done what I did"

Life is always a struggle.

One day I will write my own obituary. It's a story of working two jobs, studying hard, taking no holidays, never being sick, struggling to do the best for the customers, even the most unreasonable and rude ones, helping others to grow and develop themselves. It just takes time and effort. The sooner you start the sooner you will get to equilibrium (house, car, wife, job, kids).

With hard work, you might be a hero in Steemit! I see you earned a lot more for this blog than I had earned after several hundred blogs, so you are a fast mover. But it a hard upwards struggle to slowly get a reputation on steemit. There are no quick fixes which don't risk a whale flag.

Hey @swissclive !!! Thank you for reading my post. It means a lot. Well, what more can I say? You've said everything haha.
