What is LAMB?

Greetings Steemians! Today I want to tell you about a special new project by Ohm Wallet and the SVV. The SVV has already been rewarding it's participants for random acts of kindness as well as completion of tasks assigned with Ohm. However, the SVV is a path of extreme self reflection and path of spiritual enlightenment that isn't for everyone. Yet, everyone is capable of being nice to their fellow man and they wanted to spread a wave of positive energy across the globe. So, to that end they have created LAMB. LAMB stands for the Latin "Lumen Animae Mater Benedictus" which means "Light of the Blessed Mother" and is a means for people who are uninterested or otherwise incapable of participating in the SVV to still be able to participate in receiving a monetary reward for performing random acts of kindness. Goals of LAMB

Their goal is to get 1,000,000 random acts of kindness documented on the blockchain by rewarding people who present evidence of acts of kindness with a monetary reward in the form of Ohm. Most people would agree that acts of kindness towards our fellow man have their own rewards but in our modern, money-driven society sometimes people need a little more incentive. They hope that offering a reward will introduce those that are only driven by monetary gain to see the rewards of helping others while helping to counteract some of the negativity brought about by the greedy self-centeredness rampant in our consumer culture.

To sign up for LAMB you will first need to download the ohm wallet at https://ohmwallet.com/. Once you have your wallet set up then visit http://lamb.humanisbeing.com/ to create your account. They will contact you with information on how to participate.
