At that time were difficult times of constant struggles to maintain their lands, the king besides good and kind was an excellent warrior and strategist, which facilitated things to win countless contests, the successes in their struggles I grant large amounts of land And peoples who remained under his reign.

This was the reason he had little time to devote himself to him or his family, government issues and political decisions consumed all his time, although now he was not at the front of the battle, but creating strategies of wars consumed much of his weather.

When he had a free time he distributed it to spend time with his family and go hunting, this was his favorite sport, there was no happier time than this, he loved to be in touch with nature and the company of his great friend.

His days of hunting began very early, before sunrise he set off towards the thicket in the company of his faithful hunting servants and that of his great friend the condor, great companion and faithful friend, this friendship began many years ago when the King was only young.

The king himself was in charge of teaching the condor to hunt his own prey to eat, for this reason he was now the condor who contributed with the king helping from the air to find the best prey to hunt.

The king enjoyed the hunting of important prey, did not hunt what crossed his paths, sought the most exotic prey or the most difficult to hunt, for this reason the condor played a very important role in his hunting strategy.

One day after the end of the hunt, the helpers and the king set out on a return journey. They had not realized that it was too late and embraced them in the evening. In an oversight, the king turned away from the contingent and took a different path than the others. His helpers.

He did several meters and did not recognize the road, this time I take an unknown road that I had never traveled before, this the king did not care to somehow orient himself, what was worried was his lack of water, the ones he had taken His helpers the other way.

After a very hot day and after much travel he began to thirst and did not know the way to locate some lagoon or lake from where to get water to drink, I continued riding and suddenly I could see the reflection of the moon at the side of the road, this Caught his attention, slowly descended from his horse and approached, seeing his put very happy.

The king had found a small lagoon with a little water, with a wide leaves made a kind of glass to collect water and drink, took his improvised glass along with some water and to bring it to his mouth to drink the condor descended from the Skies and snatched the improvised glass by throwing it to the ground, as it was to imagine the water spilled all over the grass on the side of the lagoon.

The king did not understand the attitude of the condor, I attribute that perhaps the condor would die of thirst, but if that were because he did not descend to the side of the lagoon and drink there, he again rebuilt his makeshift vessel and bent and collected more water to drink .

When he took it to his mouth to drink the condor, he again threw the glass from the king's hands, the water falling on the grass, without thinking, and in an unconscious act the king took a stone and struck the condor who fell dead in it instant.

The king did not understand the attitude of the condor, he was so angry that he was not immature by the death of his friend, on the contrary this angered him more, as his great friend would throw the little water that was to drink, was an ungrateful bird, after Everything he had done for him.

When I suddenly noticed that where the water had fallen the herbs had dried up, he came closer to be able to observe and saw several of the animals that drank from the water lying on the side of the lagoon, now he understood why the condor acted in this way with his Panoramic and sharp view I observed the dead animals and supposed that it would be poisoned, this was tried to say the poor condor.

Now if he was very sad, in an act of unconsciousness and impulse he had killed his friend who tried to help, the condor only wanted to save his life and the outburst of his, now was very great grief, but unfortunately could do nothing to To return the life of his friend.

After this tragedy the king never went out to hunt, he could not do it without his faithful companion and hunting friend, every day lamented and missed his dear and faithful friend, this tragedy served as a lesson for the king, now no longer Acted impulsively and thought long before making an important decision.
