You decide who to follow!
Good morning, in the last few days I have been working on some points regarding the topic of leadership and an example I had already read about the bird's flights in "V", assuming the leader is the one who takes the lead and opens Gap for the rest of the group to follow.
This is then and a great example for our everyday life.
If we apply it to us, as leaders opening a gap, facilitating the flight (path) to others, directing their steps and making life more bearable by example.
In the event that we are behind us: we follow the leader, we adopt his behavior, we love him because he helps us and gives us value in the contribution to our lives.
So far everything very nice.
And if the bird guides us to a storm ?, if your flight is defective in guiding us? If your intentions are evil? If you do not know the way ?, I can think of many more questions ...
Maybe you have some answers, I still do NOT, what comes to mind is:
We are responsible and the creators of our Destiny, we can not hold anyone responsible for what we are or are going through.
(This already changes the concept I had of the leading bird).
We also need that leader ....
... Then I think we have the responsibility to look for THAT BIRD LEADER, to follow, if we are going to be a product of what he is, then let's look for the leader we want to look at, adapt his language, take his knowledge, Let us learn in detail from his movements.
Let us learn their intentions.
It does not mean that we are that person, let us be authentic, and in the process of learning, as we grow and mature, imitating; We will develop our own tools, methods and more.
To the point that in a moment we will be the guide bird, and as we learned we will guide the rest and if from us manifests the quality of person, love, and passion. Many will go after ours and want to be like us.
Let's use this influence for good.
