One post at a time. Talking about yourself and your history could be very intimidating. Think about it this way, being able to put it out to the world to a bunch of people who you may not ever met could help you to release all of the pent-up stress and anxiety you've had with these situations. Sometimes its easier to talk to strangers than to people you know that you know you'll see again. The first step is the most important step and its usually the hardest to take. I dont even know you and in some ways I feel a bit proud of you because I know what its like to grow up around violence and to experience things you should never have to experience.
