周末逛街,路边竟然看到有个老太太边上有个水桶在卖东西,走近一看,是满满的一桶活蹦乱跳的活虾。喝哟,好久没看到这么新鲜的小虾子了,不能错过,赶紧买买买。
为了配合河虾,又买了一把鲜嫩的韭菜和一个请教,红配绿。
大火猛炒三到五分钟,再来点料酒去去腥。其他调料是不用放的。
新鲜的河虾香甜嫩,而且小虾子壳子可以炸的很脆,完全不用吐壳就能吞咽到肚子里了,三下五除二就吃完了。
