I really don't agree. Poverty always doesn't come from laziness.
Sometimes it's really a function of unavailability of resources. There are peeps who want to work but can't. Speaking as someone from an overpopulated developing country where the available opportunities are rewarded from premised nepotism and cronyism, I think I have my fair share of an opinion, not to talk about a corrupt government that won't quit.
