Study has its limitations, unless you are becoming a specialist or networking with a really special group of people.
I'd go for the work and, if you are still inclined to learn, study part time (especially if your employer will pay) or join a group of something that interests you. :)

Thanks @jagged ! Appreciate you coming and talk to me LOL. I was wondering to study coding , how’s that sound? Something new to me will bring me lot of enthusiasm .
But, its quite expensive to learn, I know we can learn it online but for me hands on with teacher is the best way to learn.
