However, the important thing of all this is to make those who have the access or the power to develop this type of drug or in some way have the means to foresee or reach it, first measure the extent, the dangers, and consequences of an invention of that magnitude can entail. Just as those who invented the nuclear fission never thought that the atomic bomb would originate.
