'pier the new immigran' part 1 waking up

Introduction
This is the digital cartoon 'pier the new immigrant'. This digital comic strip was made by Ghent visual artist jackjohannes hemp alias jjhemp. With the digital cartoon 'Pier New New Age', he tries to lead the spectator in the popular district of Brugse Poort in a playful interactive way. Through a mix of history and the daily happening within the district, he tries to denounce social questions. He tries to combine different techniques to reduce the distance between different communities. Every week a new part of the digital cartoon 'pier New immigration' will appear.
