Oh, I feel for you. Worked for more than a decade in retail and have been yelled at, assaulted, treated like human garbage, and had to deal with things I never should have seen. You were extremely kind to your caller in my mind.
It's amazing how badly people can behave. I hope you aren't still working under those conditions
