Meditation can help to foster confidence in leaders.
Senior managers taking a meditation training show a significant increase in the level of self-confidence as well as the development of a moral intelligence and a shared vision of the things.
Mindfulness might work better together.
Not only when the supervisory practice mindfulness, but when employees feel connected and autonomous as the supervisor of the workers have a higher level of mindfulness, the latter will be less exhausted emotionally and will receive greater job satisfaction
"Online" training can enhance the wellbeing of employees.
There are significant changes when employees take training online in comparison with other participants who did not take the course. This tells us that the technological resources can be used to benefit some sectors such as the workplace.
