You have to yank yourself up, drive yourself into a new direction. there is never an end to this but keeping yourself motivated and inspired and mostly busy in work can help you fight it!
Oh, I have numerous people around me telling me what I "have to do". I keep myself busy, and inspired, but still het no pleasure even from bug sucess. So I took my head to the doc and now fixing it:)
