Well literally, happiness is a feeling. There is a perfect quote I know for this one. "If you don't learn to be happy where you are, you'll never get to where you wanna be."

Thinking about it, it sounds a bit harsh, or maybe not. It's about appreciating what you have and not expecting anything in return. Does it makes sense?
