Aronia liqueur - my product ;)
How to make Aronia liqueur at home, this is my product and recipe :)
Ingredients:
2 kg of aronia
1 kg of sugar
2 lemon
4 tablespoons of vanilla
1 piece of ginger
4 cinnamon sticks
4 litres of grapes brandy - friut schnapps (grapes)
4-5 cloves
Wash Siberian blueberry well, chop the lemon and ginger, and put them in a larger jar. Add sugar and other spices and finally pour brandy. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and then close the jar. Keep in a sunny place at least 6 weeks.
After6 week, strain the contents of the jar and the resulting liquor pour into a glass bottle.

This is really nice! @ibklimpak! You can produce this and sell on the Internet?! But 4 litres of brandy! You are making more than one gallon of alcoholic fruit drink!? Is it very strong like Cherry or Port wine?!
I am very thirsty now, I don' mind having a glass!!

Yes, 4 litres of brandy ;) winter is long. Much stronger, but it is healthy!
