My mantra... May this inspire you to be the best you can be!
It's hard to pinpoint the roots exactly, but after traveling to over 30 countries, a few philosophies have stuck with me. Hard.
This is part Buddhist fortune teller perched at his temple atop a mountain accessible only by small footpath outside of Ubud, Indonesia. And part Hindu priest in a tiny village overlooking the waters surrounding the Taj Mahal in Agra, India.
Many life experiences continue to reinforce that simply keeping these elements in alignment can ensure that I'm living my best life.
So here goes, my personal mantra, blending two beautiful cultures and religions together, shared for all who might be able to benefit from it.
HAPPY MIND
+ HAPPY HEART
+ HAPPY BODY
= HAPPY FAMILY
Everything is intertwined. May this inspire you to be the best you can be!
